As a performing artist and (song)writer, I am the leader, founder & operator of my own brand Liza Weald. I stand in the middle of it all and sometimes it can feel like I’m juggling 20 balls. As a mission-driven entrepreneur, it is not scalable profit I’m necessarily after, but a sense of purpose and carrying out something I deeply believe in. I ám the business. So finding that external balance is equal to finding inner peace. When everything falls into place and it all hits that right spot, you as a soulful leader, can practice your craft from a place of true purpose, a feeling of effortlessness, flowing through endless waves of inspiration and life energy. If you are allowed to focus on what truly matters within your business, it will grow faster than you’ve ever dared to dream. And that, is following your North Star.
I have always known my North Star: using my voice and music to make other people feel seen and loved. Navigating towards that shining light can be a challenge, as it desires and deserves a clear storyline, daily attention and aligned action. But I’ve grown to like that part very much. And with 5+ years of built up experience in artistic leadership, corporate advise, financial health, creating a unique brand/story, daring to show up and be visible and creating unforgettable events, my Star is shining brighter than ever.

If you are looking for more time to focus on your art/craft/service, or it’s looking a little bit chaotic on the structural side of your business (no judgment, we’ve all been there) and you wish to have more clarity, I got you covered. I can assist with all kinds of administrative, financial and structural matters, so that you can relax and focus on what’s truly important: carrying out your mission as an entrepreneur a.k.a. following your North Star.
Examples of tasks I can manage: e-mail contact, news letters, financial overview and budgets, invoices and offers, taxes, planning management, acquisition, onboarding, website, social media and much more. You name it, I do it.

Writing is one of my biggest assets, so I will gladly put any ideas you have into stories for news letters, website and social media texts, etc. I love to work on creating e-books, e-guides and course material, as well as write the text for your next podcast episode (if you want, I can even record it and edit it for you in my software Logic X Pro).
UGC content: if you want to share videos online where your product is showcased, I’m totally in.
Creating a website (only creatively, not technically. I like to use Squarespace. This website automatically counts as a showcase of my abilities!)
Designing flyers, business cards, posters and brochures. I can also manage the orders (for example Vistaprint)

As an artistic leader, I have organised many concerts for my music project. Creating and coördinating an event is no picknick: you are the planner, the maker and keeper of the script, communicator to all attendants, the contact person, intermediary between location and business. And in my case, I am also the performer. Can you imagine?
But I lóve doing this. It’s where all my skills come together. So if you have the desire to host a concert, an exhibition, a talk, a meeting or a retreat (in NL or abroad), I’m your girl!
And if you want to host something in the Netherlands, maybe I can even be present physically to help coördinate and steer everything in the direction you have in mind.

Yes! I want Studio North Star to be a haven for conscious entrepreneurs from all over the world. If you are for example an art maker from Iran, a gold smith from the South of France or a holistic coach from Morocco, I want you to feel welcome here. Studio North Star is an inclusive space. There are of course country-specific matters that are a little harder to help with (for example taxes), but there is so much I CAN help you with so definitely reach out if you feel the call to work with me!

YES! A thousand times yes. If you are currently working in employment or at a 9-5, but you feel the call to reach out and talk about the possilibity of starting your own business, or just the desire to follow your dream while staying in employment (this is such a valid path!), you are welcome to reach out. Following the path towards your North Star looks different for everybody. It can be a business, or a side hustle, or even just a mindset. I want to support you in creating a practical plan filled with tiny daily habits so you can follow your own dream, however that may look for you.

You don’t necessarily have to work in the creative, cultural or holistic scene to become a part of Studio North Star. I want to work together with soul sourced, mission-driven entrepreneurs, who run their business from the heart and feel that they are driven by passion, purpose and a mission. So this can also mean a corporate psychologist who wants to bring a sense of soul to the workfloor, a carpenter or handyperson who wants to bring balance, peace and personality to a home, or a metalsmith who wants to make every piece come to life and have a story. The only ‘requirement’ is that you love what you do and that your business is run from your heart.

My prices are not visible on my website, because for every service that I provide, I charge a different price. It can be per hour, or a monthly price or a result-based price. I want to connect with you first, get an insight in the services I can provide for you and then create a tailored-to-fit offer for you.
